The place is perfect for family gatherings, you will have a private space to enjoy. We all enjoyed our stay.
The area is nice as well as the host, they never disappoint us because the host was very responsive. If you want privacy this can be one of your choices. The only thing maybe that we somewhat did not enjoyed was the neighbor. I think both parties should have an agreement between the silent time because we are a family with an infant and children so we really are very specific with the sleeping time. I know the host has nothing to do with it but it clearly says in here that the down time is 10:00 pm and I think both hosts should talk about it and respect both time. But overall it was a great stay, the caretaker was very responsive with our queries. And your kids will definitely enjoy around the surroundings especially the beach. During the night you will also enjoy the Davao city lights from the resort.
