This is a place I will call home for my future trips to Tokyo. It is not the best hostel I stayed in but the staff certainly are unforgettable. They are hardworking and attentive. Very nice. The cleanliness of the place depends on the room mates. I have to be honest, when occupancy is full, it can get messy. It is adviced to take a shower before midnight. A sign on the bathroom door states this and this will be the most negative thing for me as I come back late and it always stresses me out to beat the clock to take a shower before midnight. Some days it is not possible when other guests too are using the bathroom. Other than this, I love the place and staff and looking forward to staying with them again.

I stayed for close to one month. I grew to love this place and will definitely return. The staff are very nice and hardworking. My first stay started badly due to a mainland guest who was a nightmare. She was kicking my bed every night and shouting. She also complained and shouted at other guests but they could not understand Chinese. Luckily 3 days later she moved out as probably she was not used to a dorm-life. A pair of ear plugs would have eased her situation. The bed squeaks and it is not my fault. Other than this oddball situation, other guests I spoke with were all very nice.
