I had to check out after few hours after check-in. There was dust on most of the surfaces (on most shelves, handles, wardrobe, inside lockers, etc.), even more dust and webs on air conditioner, greasy stains in the kitchen, toaster was full of fat, coffee machine with coffee grounds, dryer with full water and durty filters, rust on metal surfaces all over the flat. When I reported these issues hosts apologized and suggested performing additional cleaning on next day. I was not happy but accepted due to I booked it for the whole month and most issues can be fixed by cleaning. Next, I noticed that washing machine was full of mold! This also means that linens and towels were washed with mold!! I immediately reported to hosts and checked out. They told me that they came the next day, checked everything and told me that flat was "sufficiently clean in our view", I "exaggerated" and they could offer 40% refund (for 12 days out of 30). Thanks for AirBnB support in helping me get full refund.
Really enjoyed my stay in Konstantin’s apartment. The apartment is really peaceful and just as described. Great value for money, in close proximity to the main central area yet very quiet. Communication with Konstantin was really easy and I would highly recommend booking this apartment😊
This place has excellent location with trams and a metro station within minutes. Great restaurants nearby too. The place was clean and tidy. Could not figure out the coffe machine for the life of me, but that just might be a me problem! 😅 The only concern you may have is the bed, as the mattress is on the softer side and might not be suitable for somebody with back problems. That aside the place was just great for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Would definitely recommend! :)
Everything was perfect, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient, great value for the price. Definitely recommended.
