We all loved the house! It’s in a peaceful location. The location is not only great for a getaway, but also provides quick access to the road/town. Christine was also super responsive, always quick to answer our questions. It took a couple of us a bit of time to learn how to change the temperature of the shower, but other than that we had absolutely no trouble. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at The Roaches. Beautiful accommodation with all amenities provided, including a welcome gift. We were made to feel very welcome by Christine and she was very quick to respond to messages. Overall a lovely stay for all the family, including three young boys who enjoyed the garden, games and reliable internet! The Roaches is in a great location for visiting different areas of Derbyshire and the perfect place to come back to warm up after a wet walk! We are looking forward to when we can visit again.

This was a lovely place to stay, well stocked kitchen with utensils, cutlery, condiments and welcome chocolate and wine. Great selection of board games. Reliable internet and heating was easy to use, off road parking and lovely outdoor place. Christine always responded promptly to questions. Great stay thanks
