Beautiful place,Gilles's and his team were very prompt one of the Ac's in the room wasn't working they got it fixed within a couple of hours. The property is amazing,with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. Will look forward to coming back again in the future.

The house was fabulous, and the pool was amazing, we certainly made a lot of use of it as it was so hot. Three very large bedrooms, beautiful furnished, all with their own bathrooms. Ample storage space, though a lack of coat hanger to hang up clothes.The kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed and more. There was only space to seat 4 around the dining table, but fine for our party of 3. A lovey large lounge, with a huge tv, had Netflix etc, not that we watched much. A really nice pool, which we made a lot of use of. So lovey to cool off in it during the evenings. Shops and beach are close, but not really in walking distance, and especially in the heat.,we did walk to the beach on the first day, but in was way to hot for walking too far, so reverted to taxis. We used Bolt to order taxis which are really cheap. There were a few minor maintenance things that we reported and a man was sent round immediately to fix them. Giles and the team were great and very helpful

beautiful place, looks just like the photos. it was very clean and the pool was amazing. there are lots of restaurants within walking distance and rawai beach isn't too far. this may come down to personal preferences, but I didn't like how much we had to interact with the hosts(?). within our 2 night stay there was someone to check us in, he was very nice but he also unloaded a ton of information onto us when all we want to do is relax after a very long trip. there was also someone who came to clean the pool and someone who came to fix the gate and another person to check us out. I had to stay attentive of the group chat, when I just wanted to relax on vacation. however, I could understand how many people would view this as a positive because of how attentive the hosts are.

A beautiful house with wonderful facilities in a very quiet street. The pool in the middle was magnificent. It’s just off a very busy street and not too close to the beach and restaurants but grab rides are so quick and cheap that it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Check in and check out was smooth with delightful staff. The house is well equipped and showers and kitchen great. The central pool was the highlight for us. The Main Street beside the water and nearby beaches in Rawai are close and a great area to enjoy Phuket away from the usual tourist areas. We we two couples and absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend. There isn’t a view from the house and the area may seem a bit out of the way but once you are in the house you will be so happy. :)
