It was amazing as far as views and the space was way bigger in person than in the pictures. I have stayed in other lodging in the villages but this was amongst the top. Beautiful view from the back porch, large spacious kitchen for cooking and family. Being in door distance of the villages, like walkout and there is pizza, star bucks, etc was very convenient. Literally skin in/out from the back door. Matt was responsive and accommodating for our early check in needs. Only things negative were if you have a big family and were staying for more than a few days, towels were limited but there is a laundry room in the building but you would have to pay for it. Kind of pricey but than again i haven' paid for laundry since college so do with that what you will. Also HOT water is not for ever in that building so if a lot of people need to shower keep that short and sweet. we were 9 with a baby and 4 showers in at 10min +/- each left no hot water afterwards.
The location was a great spot to ski in and ski out. You are renting out a condo, so you check in at the front desk. We ended up paying extra for a locker through the front desk, but you can easily have your skis with you in the space.
If you’re looking for a spacious place atop the mountain look no further. This place was perfect for a group of boarders and skiers. With the ease of access to the Ballhooter lift to the bars and restaurants in the village you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private balcony offers great views of the mountain and a great view of the military jets that fly over. Next time I visit snowshoe with my family we will try our best to stay here!

Great stay. Amazing location that you can walk right out to slopes. Nice to have ski lockers available for cheap rental in the building to prevent having to haul equipment up to room. Unit had great options for hanging and drying wet ski clothes between days.

I'm a fisheries biologist at NOAA but I rarely touch fish, I mostly work with numbers and computer models to estimate population sizes. I have a master's from Virginia Tech and a PhD from Michigan State University in fisheries science. I love scuba diving and playing volleyball in my spare time. I'm also an experienced backpacker, but haven't gone recently. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures and trying new and unique foods.
