I booked and paid through Airbnb, upon arrival I was told about a $100 deposit that would be refunded on checkout. So far I’ve been charged an additional $290 on top of the $135 original. Nobody can explain why, and I still haven’t been refunded. The pictures in no way represent the reality of the location. This is a cheap hotel with water pipes leaking in the hallway, a broken elevator, disgusting public areas, with rooms barely any cleaner. Went to the front desk with a question and the people in front of me said they were waiting for someone to come to the front desk for over 20 minutes. I booked a cheap place last minute and it’s cost me more than the best real airbnbs around. Avoid this place if at all possible.
Easy to find and in a nice area. The room was clean and just as expected. Perfect for a nights stay. However, check in was a little awkward. Apparently booking through AirBnB doesn't actually notify the hotel of your reservation, so when we showed up for check-in, the clerk was pretty annoyed by us. He told us for future refrence to never book through 3rd party because it's a hassle on the hotel's side.
Everything was fine except the smell once me and my sister hit the hallway to the elevator it smelled of pee and all through the floor and also the floor we stayed on and inside our room we had to buy air fresheners and cleaning products to clean the bathroom again I feel like they need a new renovation but everything else was fine and the apple juice was too watered down
the hotel was very nice just how it looks online it was peaceful and quiet the check in was very smooth and the guy that check us in was very friendly and nice it was a busy weekend alot of different things was going on I love the room we stayed in it had everything we needed and plus we had a little teenager boy to knock on our door I opened the door I didn't see nobody I waited for a few seconds and I see a boy I ask him nicely did he knock on my door he said yes it was a prank I told him he can't play with everybody like that he seen respectful he just wanted to play but other than that everything was perfect I will be back in the future and another thing I love how everything was nearby like restaurants and shopping mall
