The only constructive criticism I have, is that every room that is a living space plus the basement should have a working smoke alarm. I only saw one in the main room when you walk into the house.
Fadi was a great host! He was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We needed to move out of our home due to flooding and Fadi was able to accomplish us last minute. The unit was very comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. TV and internet worked great too! Overall, we had a good experience.
Great stay! Check in very easy, Fadi was very fast and responsive as well! This place is exactly as portrayed in the pictures.. Overall Great stay, definitely would book again.

No frills, nice place to stay in Birmingham. The beds were comfier than the couch. The kitchen needs more cooking supplies but we made it work. Nice neighborhood in the middle of everything. Would stay again!
