We had a wonderful stay and would return! House felt new, was spacious and clean, with a kitchen full of cooking supplies which made cooking easy. Bedroom was clean and comfortable, and master bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub and ping pong table added to the appeal; lots of fun. Big, open family room was very relaxing, with all the streaming apps you need to enjoy a relaxing night in. Relaxing space on a cul-de-sac in a cute residential neighborhood with lots of other homes around. While not super private (with neighbors who can see into the backyard and security cameras), the pool and hot tub were a nice highlight. Quick 20-minute drive to the excitement of Laguna Beach. We only stayed in one bedroom but all rooms look peaceful and clean. Would make a perfect spot for a family looking for a relaxing weekend away. Management was super responsive any time we had issues or concerns. Check in was easy, and house rules were clear.
We had a good stay. The plentiful rules were overwhelming and there was much needed back and forth with the host but overall the home was clean and spacious as described.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Pool was deep and but not as big as seems in picture. Heating pool was $150 so would expect lights to work. No night swims unless sitting in dark. jacuzzi got really hot which was nice. Very clean house. Couldn’t watch regular tv ( for us no Duck Clark’s ball drop on New Years Eve or football/ sports as only had LG smart tvs. Tv in every room was nice. Only one set of towels pp so if u like more byo. Also, BYO spices for cooking ( had salt & pepper, baggies/ foil, coffee pods only). Bring sugar/ creamer for coffee too. We overall enjoyed our stay and it is a great place to stay. Close to stores:Costco, Walmart , grocery, restaurants. Agent very responsive.
