The flat is very beautiful- French style, and the location is very convenient for going to anywhere. It’s very suitable for 10 people living there, and you could staying there for whole day. Highly recommended staying there.
Très bel endroit, Fidèle aux photos. Idéal pour un voyage de groupe. Très bien situé. Lieu facile d’accès. Arrivée simple. Hôte très réactif. Très belles chambres L’une d’entre elle reste cependant un peu odorante au niveau des canalisations. Et en ce qui concerne les rideaux de la chambre avec la baignoire ils ne sont pas du tout adaptés, beaucoup trop petit, donc impossible de prendre un bain sans que les voisins vous voient. Ou tout simplement de dormir dans le noir. C’était très dérangeant. En revanche tout le reste était ok.
We arrived in the evening and immediately noticed a mildew smell from the bedroom with a bathtub in it. We also noticed the cleaner left several dirty towels from the previous tenants. We loved the location so we tried to stay the first night, the second night was horrible. The upstairs neighbors blasted music and moved furniture around all night until 3am, we tried sleeping in a different bedroom and noticed the sheets had several hairs and what appeared to be pubic hair (clearly the cleaner isn’t doing their job at this location). We feel this listing is very subpar, and by no means luxury. We had to end our stay early as this place was not habitable in our opinion. It needs a very good deep cleaning.
We were only in Paris for 2 days and this apartment was perfect. It had 5 bedrooms, so it was great for our group. Check in was at 4pm but we were allowed to drop off our bags a little early which was very helpful. The apartment itself was incredibly clean with beautiful finishes and decor. The neighborhood seemed centrally located to various spots in Paris. We walked to multiple restaurants, cafes, bakeries that were all amazing. We also walked to Le Louvre easily from the apartment. Whenever we had a question for the hosts, we received a helpful reply shortly after. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the trendiest restaurants for a memorable stopover in the capital. It wasn't until Haussmann pierced through the boulevards of Magenta, Voltaire, and Avenue de la République that the square assumed its current dimensions of 280 meters by 120. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, it stands as a perfect embodiment of Napoleon III's modern vision, harmonized by Haussmann and his transformative prowess.
The neighborhood is very safe, with the Marais, the Louvre Museum, and the Opera Garnier all situated in close proximity to our apartment.

- Strasbourg Saint-Denis 8 minutes: Line 4, 8 & 9
- 40 minutes to CDG : Line 5 and then RER B
- 45 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi
