Kevin's Forest Getaway exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable, clean, easy to access and had numerous amenities. We prepared our Thanksgiving meal during our stay, and the kitchen was super stocked with everything that we needed. My family enjoyed visiting & hiking Carnifex Ferry Battlefield State Park and the Summersville Dam. Both of these were a short 5-minute scenic drive. Kevin's preparation e-mail was full of information that made our trip from Ohio easy. This area is full of history and adventure, and we are looking forward to planning a trip back in the Spring or Summer of 2024.
