Welcome to our upscale beach retreat! You'll fall in love with our charming home, private pool, and the 3-minute walk to the beach! We also provide lightning-fast wifi, a quiet workspace, an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 14 guests. This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. Pool heating is available for $40/day. Details below. Outside: Driveway parking for two vehicles, private entrance with keypad access. Heated outdoor shower. In the private, fenced backyard is a pool, which is heated seasonally and professionally cleaned routinely. There is a covered patio that has a propane grill, dining table, and television. You will also have access to two additional parking spaces in a gravel lot at the end of the street with two spots reserved for the home. Downstairs: First floor primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The well-stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area leads to the patio. There is also a half bathroom and the living room sofa bed folds into a queen with a comfort gel mattress--no compromise in quality for any living room sleepers! Upstairs: An additional primary bedroom with king bed, also with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and connects to the bunk room via a “Jack and Jill” bathroom, which has a tub/shower. The bunk beds are custom made with an XL length twin on top and a full bed beneath. The washer and dryer are in the laundry closet upstairs. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. At full capacity, the home can accommodate 14 guests: two in each king, queen or full beds, one each in the twin bunks and two on the queen foldout sofa.
This place was beautiful for my family and I. Everything was neatly clean. We were close by the beach. The host responded every time I reached out to her. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend for a family who want a peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable stay!

Jenni was a great host. She was very responsive to questions and requests. Her home came equipped with items to help sustain us throughout our stay that most AirBNB hosts do not provide. She didn’t have any unreasonable request for check out. She truly caters to her guest; even giving recommendations of things to try in the area. The aesthetics and ambiance of the home were beautiful, almost like out of a magazine! Lots of love and thought went into the design of home. Which contributes to the great home like atmosphere. This will definitely feel like your home away from home! We highly recommend booking with her for your stay!
You'll be in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach! Your neighbors during your stay will be a few local residents, some seasonal homeowners, and other short-term vacation renters. I love this neighborhood for its welcoming atmosphere and the fact that you can see the beach from the driveway!
We are situated about halfway between Hwy 98 and Front Beach Rd, about 1/4 mile from each. This is a great distance: you won't have any traffic noise disrupting your stay, but you will be able to get around town in your car easily.
Businesses within walking distance: Thomas Donuts & Snack Shop and the Carousel Supermarket to the southeast. Dairy Queen to the north. DQ is open until 11pm and has a drive-thru, so it's a great spot for a quick bite or a treat.
Carousel is an upscale supermarket with everything you could need. The world-famous Thomas Donuts has great donuts, of course, but also a full menu featuring breakfast and lunch items, as well as ice cream. Don't miss enjoying a sugary treat and gorgeous views from Thomas Donuts!
Further out, you'll need to drive to get to local grocery stores like Winn-Dixie or Publix. You'll also want to drive to the shops and restaurants at Pier Park.
The Rosemary Beach/30A area is about an 8-minute drive to the west, and you'll find lots to do there! It is car friendly, but you will also see places to rent a bike as you get on 30A if you would like to explore all the fun shops and restaurants with pedal power!
Just put our home's address in your GPS and you are ready to go! We are just off Hwy 98, and about a 20-minute drive to the Panama City Beach airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
This home is a duplex, so please double-check the unit number when you arrive. You'll have private access to one half of the building. The backyard between the two sides of the duplex is fenced, and each side has its own pool, so you will not be sharing the pool, outdoor space, or interior space with anyone else.
You will have parking for two vehicles directly in front of the home. Please do not park in front of another unit, as that will disrupt another guest's stay. You can also make use of two additional spots in a gravel lot at the end of the street. These parking spaces will be marked, so please only park in the spots assigned to your house number.
You are just a short walk to the beach! You can see the water from the driveway, so just walk down the street to get to the beach.
If you like to get your steps in, we are about a ½ mile walk to Thomas Donut & Snack Shop or a little further to the Carousel Supermarket. If you'd rather drive, both of these local spots have parking.
