Was the perfect spot for 3 Co-workers to stay during Amelia car week! Right next to Broad Arrow tent at the Ritz, also convenient for the bars and restaurants there! Clean, nice place walk right out to the beach!

We had a great stay! We had plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. I loved the convenience of the first floor location and the proximity to the pool and beach access while still having a great view of the ocean. Would recommend!

It wasn’t worth what we paid as the unit was quite old and not well maintained especially the three baths - the not ensure bath had leak and the shower head was broken which had to be replaced. We called the Amelia rentals office and the lady directed us via text to call the on call service line. When we called the on call answering service , the woman was rude to tell us that there would be no one to fix it as it was a Sunday. Bottom line, the photos and descriptions didn’t live up because the amenities were outdated: beds and living room furniture were old, uncomfortable, and squeaky.
