My family loved our stay at Sergio’s place for our annual Charleston trip. The neighborhood is a bit further out from downtown (~15 min Uber from the downtown Charleston spots) but is super near a lot of great breweries and easy access to the highway. The home is very modern and stocked with all the things you need for a week stay. Loved that there was laundry in unit and a beautiful kitchen. We enjoyed the little backyard which was great for our dog. Bathrooms are super clean and the shower worked well. The host provided ample instructions and made check in and check out super easy. Would definitely recommend this home for your stay if you have a car.
Place is perfect, great decoration and had everything you needed while away from home. Location gives you a bad vibe first time around, but no issues at all and host was open about it since the place’s description. Would recommend this place and would stay again here. Thanks for everything Sergio.
*** If you are looking for a location such as the renowned Rainbow Row, this is NOT it. This is a normal neighborhood in North Charleston. This is an up and coming neighborhood that is going through some transitions with a mix of old and newly built homes. It is a working class community, and one of Charleston fastest growing areas, attracting a younger demographic.
Situated between North Charleston and Charleston, our location is often referred to by locals as the brewing district, thanks to the abundance of breweries nearby. However, I recommend using Uber or having your own transportation as the neighborhood is not directly connected to pedestrian-friendly restaurants and bars.***
For beach enthusiasts, Sullivan's Island is just a short 10-mile drive away, and the stunning Folly Beach is a mere 15 miles from our home. Enjoy a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, then return to your cozy retreat in the brewery district.
If you're in the mood for a more urban adventure, Downtown Charleston is about 3 miles away. Explore its historic streets, take a guided tour, or savor a mouthwatering meal at one of the many top-notch restaurants. For a laid-back day out, just over 3 miles away is Park Circle, a charming neighborhood with parks, shops, and local eateries.

Hugo Avenue has a direct access to Sprull Ave, which turns into Meeting St towards Charleston. It is a couple of blocks from the exit and the access to Route 26.
