Thank you Lovina for letting us to stay in nice apartment in Batam!! Location was directly connected to the harbor bay ferry terminal building, so it was super convenient when you get or out to the ferry terminal. Great cafe, restaurants and convenient stores, massage parlor within 10 minutes walk so we didn’t need to worry about how to get to restaurants etc. The building was new and modern and the pool which was located in the same floor was warm and clean. The only downside was we couldn’t figure out by ourselves the switch for water heater but Lovina responded right away after we asked. the water pressure in shower room was a bit weak but we could use pool shower room which was on the same floor. Well come back again, thanks!!!

It is a great place, apart from the apartment, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in its nearby. The place is clean but the bathroom can be more odorless
