Our cozy and tranquil house is a true home away from home, with modern amenities to ensure your comfort. A salt water pool, outdoor dining area and large backyard with fruit trees encourage you to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle typical of the NT. On warmer or wetter days, make the most of the airconditioned and stylish interior. This property has 3 good sized bedrooms that are clean and modern, with great air conditioning! A large kitchen with a range of appliances means whether you are staying for a short or long stay, catering is easy. Outdoors a large and fully fenced yard is perfect for those traveling with pets. The saltwater pool is refreshing and comes with some pool toys for tropical afternoon entertainment.

amazing place, has everything you need ++ would definitely use again
Great family friendly place. We had a very easy and enjoyable stay, it was practical, clean and comfortable. We will be booking this place again on our next family trip to Darwin.
Very nice place to stay inside and out, with a great outdoor seating area with a big pool to cool off in. Nice beds and rooms with very cold ac, host is very helpful with great communication when needed.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Everything we needed inside and out including the awesome pool, gardens, and large lawn areas which was just fantastic for our furry child. Very secure and a great neighbourhood. Restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping centres are all very close by, which was a win win, allowing more time to chill instead of driving just to get to where you wanted to go. Looking forward to staying here again.

Jingili is central to Darwin, it is a lovely friendly residential suburb. It is a family friendly suburb. There are very few apartment buildings in Jingili, it is known for having long standing Darwin residents residing here. The neighbours on either side are very friendly.
This property is less than a 5 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Darwin City.
The Rapid Creek markets are a 15 minute walk on a Sunday morning via the Jingili Water Gardens, or the Nightcliff markets is a less than 10 minute drive.
The property is 1.5km from Casuarina Square Shopping Centre where you can find a Coles and Woolworths, along with other major chain stores.
A local's guide of 'Things to Do in Darwin' will be available for each guest during their stay which includes Cafes/Restaurants, attractions, information on the famous Darwin Markets (days and times they're open) and info on Kakadu/Litchfield National Park.

We enjoy all things nature based, and love nothing more than the combination of cheese, wine and a Sunday afternoon on the waters of the Ord River. Except, perhaps, for test match cricket!
