Palm Point is a two bedroom two bathroom townhouse located at The Point, formerly Point Village, which is a secure, gated community, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay. With the world-famous Negril Beach just steps away, you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy water sports whenever you please. Explore the vibrant local culture, dine at delicious restaurants, and experience the breathtaking sunsets of Negril. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-appointed living area that opens out onto our downstairs garden view balcony. The entire townhouse is air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. Relax on the cozy pull-out couch in the living room, which transforms into a double bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and the dining area offers seating for six.

We enjoyed our Spring Break at Pam's place in Point Village. we had a car so very accessible to the 7 mile beach areas and beyond. close to grocery store, restaurants and the beach
Fantastic location away from the bustle of the main beach but with all the amenities you need on a beach vacation. The area felt very safe and had a community vibe.

I had an amazing experience with Pam/ Sebastian.The booking process was seamless, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The host was friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved the unique and cozy atmosphere of the place, and it was spotlessly clean. Overall, I was provided a comfortable and memorable stay. I can't wait to book with them again in the future!
We had a great stay at Palm Point in Sebastian and Pam's place. Ample space for a family of 4. We very much enjoyed the 2 balconies/patios (both ground and second floor). The 2nd floor balcony has a hammock which we all enjoyed. Not to mention the ocean view from both balconies. Kitchen was well equipped and there was some supplies (pepper, teas, hot chocolate, ketchup, spices) that we appreciated very much! We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. Just steps from the private Point Village beach. This was our second visit to Point Village and we very much enjoyed it. Tips for Point Village: - You can walk to Negril beach, Point Village is at the end of the 7 mile beach. On one side is Royalton and the other is Hedonism - to walk the 7 mile you need to walk through the Hedonism area ; must be 18+ - Near the gate there is a takeout restaurant open Mon-Sat 8AM-4PM - You can get food delivery from restaurants - You can walk to the road and flag a taxi - to get to Negril
