Whether you seek a serene beach retreat, an alternative to nearby hotels, or a business stay, this peaceful haven is perfect. Enjoy a brief 3-minute drive to Sylvan Beach or head easily to the fishing pier, skate park, and historical museum. 3 Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while two additional rooms feature queen beds. The game room comes with a futon and a single bunk bed. Every room is fitted with a Smart TV. Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, washer, and dryer—making it perfect for leisure or business stays!

Nice, clean house.
I feel like this house has potential, but has not been well cared for. Things are cheaply put in, there was a huge gap, big enough for a snake and roaches to crawl through under the front door. The fix that the maintenance man did was not a fix. I could still put my finger through the door after he was done. They asked us if they could have a washing machine delivered while we were staying there. We were OK with this but because of other problems it was also a maintenance guy and a cleaning lady. There was a horrible smell from the day we got there. Two days later we found a pot of rotting meat in the oven. There was a moldy cup in the cupboard, used vape under the coffee table, chips, and peanuts on the floor in the bedrooms underneath the bed and by the wall. Even after the cleaning lady came to clean the unit I opened the pantry and there was black gunk in the corner of the pantry. I tried to speak to the owner or someone here local, but never could.
