There were a few issues that I would like to report with this property. First of all, the front door was difficult to open which we finally managed. There was no cold water in the shower.. It was extremely difficult to take a shower especially for the young children .. and finally, when we wet to drop the keys off, there was no one in the shop as advertised. Overall, the experience was poor unfortunately. I had recommended to use this service for my friends who were visiting from teh US and finally I had to go there to help them out.. Luckily I was staying about 45 minutes away so was able to assist where possible. Check out procedure should also consider people who are travelling.. In this instance, my friends were flying out of Heathrow and they had to be at the airport by 6am.. there was no chance for them to drop the keys off at a convenience store which was meant to open at 7am (which finally opened only close to 8am )..

★Unfortunately, we do not offer car parking but the nearest park and display is only a 2-minute drive or 4-minute walk from the accommodation block called Market Yard Car Park and Vanburgh Court. Please be advised that you need to contact them to make a reservation as payment is required.
