As well as being Bath's most iconic address, the Royal Crescent is also fantastically located. Right next door is Royal Victoria Park, with its botanic gardens, huge playground, crazy golf and pitch and putt golf course. Many of the historic sights and museums are within a few minutes walk, as are a huge variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. When the Royal Crescent was built, it was intended to be 'rus in urbe', the illusion of the countryside in the City, and today that remains the principal draw of the location. The coach house itself is accessed from Marlborough Buildings. You enter through a private entrance on the ground floor. Two en-suite super king bedrooms open off the entrance hallway, both with ample storage for your stay, flat screen TV's, and black out blinds, for maximum comfort. Both bedrooms have their own en suite shower rooms, with modern showers, fluffy towels, and toiletries provided. Head up the stairs, and the first floor offers a light and spacious open plan living area. Off the living area is the third and largest bedroom, which overlooks Marlborough Buildings, and has an ensuite bathroom, with shower. There is a sitting area with a sofa, chaise and TV. The living area also has a digital piano, a Sonos speaker for music, board games and a selection of books. At the other end of the living space is a large dining area, with ample space for eight, allowing you to use this spacious room as you choose. Our stylish kitchen is well equipped with a slimline dishwasher, a Quooker boiling water tap, a large America-style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice available, an induction hob and a combi microwave/oven. It is well stocked with the usual plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and cookery equipment. A compact utility room is also available for guest use with separate washing machine and dryer should you need it.
