The interior of the establishment exuded cleanliness and comfort, with well-maintained beds adorned with fresh linens, and a cozy living area ideal for two occupants. However, the overall appeal was diminished by several shortcomings. The location was deemed less than favorable, and there were notable deficiencies in essential amenities such as toilet paper, trash bags, seasoning provisions, kitchen essentials like potholders, and adequate towels for the hot tub. Of particular concern was the external condition of the property, which exhibited signs of neglect over an extended period. The presence of loose and deteriorating floorboards, some of which had purportedly been addressed by maintenance personnel six months prior, posed a notable safety hazard. Additionally, the inadequacy of the backyard's child-friendly features further detracted from the property's overall appeal. BEAUTIFUL home. Traveling with a toddler it was a great experience and everything is within a few miles. I didn’t get a chance to play in the yard or enjoy the jacuzzi at night. Felt right at home. 10/10

Cute bungalow with all the necessities, plus a wonderful hot tub! And a great outdoor porch area. Definitely met all of our needs.

We had an amazing stay at Kevin’s beautiful home! Kevin was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even allowing us to check in early. The place is much bigger than it looks, with plenty of natural light flooding in. We especially loved the huge back patio, perfect for relaxing day and night. The location is fantastic, with easy access to I-10 and close to numerous shops and restaurants. Kevin’s home was clean, well-decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer… We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Kevin, for a wonderful experience!
