This wooden guesthouse is nestled atop a mountain in the area just north of Munkduk, Bali. It’s a great escape from the bustling city and crazy traffic that is found in southern Bali. Garden Terrace has a beautiful surrounding garden area, but it is close to a small road, so there is occasional sounds of vehicles that pass by throughout the day. At night it is much more peaceful There is an espresso machine in the room for guest. I sell coffee products that come from north Bali The guesthouse sits atop of 6 acres of gardens that can be accessed by guests. The area at the bottom of the terrace is a meditation area and we ask guests to be peaceful and respectful of this area and the surrounding gardens. There’s also a bamboo hut below where guests can have breakfast or practice yoga

We loved to stay two nights in this beautiful accommodation and we were sad to leave ! The view is absolutely stunning and the best we’ve seen so far in bali !!! Also everything in the room and bathroom was very clean and we loved the decoration ! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the sunset and having very delicious, local food they prepared for us. The host Saras and his family were always welcoming and gave us the most delicious mangosteen of his own garden. So welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend to come to this place when you want to see north bali. Thank you again Saras !
Saras is the best host I have ever met! The avocado welcome-drink the best drink I was ever tasted The apartman is totally clear like a good Hotel in Europe! I recommend for everyone! I give the 5* Thank you everything Saras!
Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Tage in Garden Terrace verbracht und es war alles perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos, der Ausblick wunderschön, der Garten super gepflegt und total hübsch. Saras war der perfekte Host. Er und seine Familie haben sehr lecker gekocht, waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns bei allem geholfen.

The setting is absolutely breathtaking and Saras and his family were the most friendly, responsive hosts. My wife and I had a wonderful stay with them and will be back when we return to Bali. Highest recommendation!

The neighborhood is secluded and the guesthouse doesn’t have any neighbors aside from me and my family. It’s easily accessible as there is a road that takes you to the north coast of Bali that passes next to the guesthouse
The best way to get here or to get around the area is by scooter. Grab or Gojek does not work in most of north Bali. If you have a car, no problem. There is parking for a car as well.
The guesthouse is located 5 minutes north of Munduk. There are several waterfalls located in the area within 15-30 minutes drive. Lovina is 25 minutes to the north.
The roads are windy and have a slope to them. Please use caution when driving on them, especially if it’s raining or at night.
There is a big sign out front, which will make it easy to locate the property.
