The location and house suited our needs. April had clear quick communication and even let us get in a couple hours early! It was very dated but also very clean. Being pet friendly - one of my guests stepped in dog feces in the yard (we did not bring a pet) The house has an on old musty smell throughout- the heated hot tub room was so strong it was unusable - this was the 1 amenity we had chose this space for. Also dated personal items in boxes in the main space of the house felt inappropriate. There was a shared driveway we were not to block, which became inconvenient when multiple vehicles must park in the yard or on the street - very busy intersection - traffic noise.
I loved my stay. Dog friendly and a fenced in yard. also enjoyed the hot tub.
