We were a party of 5 adults and two kids, Juls apartment is spacious and it felt right at home. Plus the kids enjoyed all the free space 😁. This is my second time staying at Juls and I will continue to do so in the future, as a matter of fact the dates for the vacation as based on the availability of Jul's apartments. Thanks Juls 💗

Het huis is een echt Surinaams familiehuis waar we ons thuis voelden tijdens ons verblijf. Het zwembad was heerlijk om even in af te koelen. We hebben ervan genoten.

Wij verbleven een maand met vier volwassenen en een baby. Perfect verblijf voor ons gezelschap, genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. We kozen deze accommodatie vanwege het zwembad en de buitenruimte: dat is ons goed bevallen. In de ochtend de zon op het zwembad, verder veel schaduw en een lekker windje. Het zwembad en de tuin werden ook tijdens ons verblijf goed onderhouden. De beheerder was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De basis is goed: prima bedden, warme douche, airco, lekkere bank en volledig uitgeruste keuken. De ligging was (met een auto) perfect, direct in de buurt eetgelegenheden en supermarkten. En het centrum op 15 minuten rijden. Dit verblijf is absoluut een aanrader!

Communication with Clifton the manager is fantastic. The location superb. Safety is top notch. But the house itself is actually not ready to have guests. The ceiling in the bedroom is damaged and when it rains it leaks creating dangerous puddles. There is mold all over the house that is painted over. The house is very dark and The moistness of the house created a mosquito paradise and I have never been so attacked by mosquitos in my life. The electrical restriction of 55kwh per day is unreasonable as there are many appliances like a pool pump, lights and cameras that stay on all day that accrue about 27kwh per day. The manager does not even know how much electrical use the house without guests accrues. This creates a lot of anxiety because we didn’t want to turn on lights and turn of the ac early in the am in fear of using too much electricity. We literally suffered in this heat. The yard was a disaster with cigarette butts, tampons, broken ceramic pots, big cut branches and leave carelessly raked behind trees. We had to deal with a shrieking faucet that would make this crazy making sound every time someone washed their hands somewhere in the house. The house was just not ready for guests. Clifton was gracious and took care of the faucet and garden after several days. Lots of mold. Over priced for the condition of the house.
