Nestled in the heart of Charente-Maritime, this beautiful residence is located in Jonzac, a renowned spa resort. Its privileged location, between Royan and Saintes, allows you to fill up on nature, history and relaxation. A short walk of 500 m will take you to the town center of Jonzac and its shops. The modern architecture of this residence blends perfectly into the surrounding nature with its beautiful facades and wooden balconies. It consists of 2 one-story buildings and 2 two-story buildings. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the surroundings by playing tennis, horse riding or sailing in the surrounding area. Culture lovers can visit villages steeped in history or La Rochelle. To relax, you will have free access to the fun area of the aquatic complex "Les Antilles de Jonzac", located in the immediate vicinity of the residence. It's up to you to swim in the 900 m² fun area with wave pool, the dizzying descents from the top of the 60 m long slide, the whirlpool baths and the 250 m² outdoor pool with beach (open in July/August, and according to the Meteo) ! You can also relax in the tropical greenhouse, take a gourmet break at the restaurant or buy some souvenirs in the resort's shops.
