Keepers Cottage was absolutely fantastic. The Cottage itself offered so many different comfort zones that really the whole family could have their space if needed. My favourite place was the roof terrace. Absolutely stunning. When we stayed it was full moon. The view was breathing. Comfort was really the word. Everything is easy to use and the locations just perfect. 😃

Situated in a quiet side street just 2 minutes walk from the main promenade and beach, Valentine’s House is also just a few yards from the buzzing high street with its delis, boutique shops, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants.
Deal Castle and the Pier are reached only a 5 minutes stroll along the promenade and further coastal walking takes you through Walmer and Kingsdown to the lovely Zetland Arms, one of the few UK public houses on a beach, with views of the iconic white cliffs. Walking in the other direction along the coast you will walk past some of the most prestigious links golf courses in England and some almost deserted beaches.
The nearest train station is Deal (5 minute walk) where you can get the high speed train to London St Pancras in just under 1 hour 30 minutes.
There are buses that run to the nearby medieval town of Sandwich or to the city of Canterbury.
