Such a wonderful place to stay right in the hub of downtown Wiscasset!

Wow!! 25 Middle was a VERY comfortable home base for our Maine vacation!! Kathleen was extremely responsive, all instructions were very clear, and the house was spotless!! Good value for two couples, and we had nice private space with one couple in the bedroom and one in the loft, each with private bathroom!! The house is beautifully decorated, really comfortable, and everyone read a couple of books from the large collection in the home while we were there!—We had everything we needed, including delicious Maine blueberry muffins from Kathleen to greet us!! We explored several towns in the area, we ate a lot of Red’s lobster, and Kathleen’s recommendations for breakfast at Treats and dinners at Water Street Kitchen and Damariscotta River Grill were right on—we had some of the BEST dinners we have had in YEARS!! Honestly, we can’t say enough about Kathleen, 25 Middle, and Wiscasset—we loved every minute!! Thanks again Kathleen! We would love to come back!!

We had an excellent experience at Kathleen’s place in Wiscasset. It was super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Kathleen was very helpful and accommodating during and after the booking process and provided clear directions. Can’t wait to visit again!

I loved staying at Kathleen's Air B&B house. I had the upstairs and loft unit. Completely pirate, perfectly clean, equipped kitchen, lot's of towers blankets and pillows. The decorating is in keeping with he time period of the house. I will rent this unit again. Kathleen is an outstanding host!

Excellent place. Perfectly located in Wiscasset. Easy to find. Easy parking right outside the building. Beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Kathleen was excellent with communication - although we hardly had to talk since the place was so perfect. Highly recommend!
