This villa is located in an exclusive seaside resort just 4 km from Cefalù, in an elegant residence characterized by residential units in precious yellow tuff and stone and characteristic narrow streets surrounded by typical Sicilian vegetation. The residence offers direct access to two beautiful beaches and two shared swimming pools open from July 1st to September 15th. The villa is arranged over two floors. Ground floor: a spacious and comfortable kitchen, fully equipped, a large living room, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. First floor: a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed) with private bathroom with shower and small balcony. A room with two single bunk beds. Total beds: 6 beds. The villa has an independent garden and patio, perfect for spending time in total relaxation or for lunches and dinners in the open air. It has a large outdoor terrace in front of the garden, ideal for your happy children to play. The villa has free private parking (2 parking spaces in front of the villa). The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps in the bedrooms and in the living room. A supplement of 30 euros is required for the rental of bed and bath linen. Electricity consumption is to be paid separately at the end of the stay, in cash. The residence is surrounded by greenery, in a relaxing and peaceful environment. From the residence you have direct access to two beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea, framed by green hills. The beaches are only 300 meters from the property and can be reached on foot from inside the residence in a few minutes, or by car (free private parking). The residence also offers two shared swimming pools (free access), one for adults and one for children, both open from July 1st to September 15th. The relaxing environment and contact with nature is what makes a stay in this structure unique. The center of Cefalù is only 4 km from the property. The strategic position of the villa makes it perfect as a starting point for day trips in Sicily.

Wir waren 5Tage in Gerlando's Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen (Küche gut bestückt, wertige Pfannen, 1 Bratpfanne, Bett-/Frottewäsche perfekt). Sehr schöner, abgeschlossener Garten, ideal mit kl. Kindern, kl. Spielplatz in der Nähe. Aussendusche ,Grillofen und Abwaschbecken im Garten, inkl. 3 versch. Tischen / Sitzgelegenheiten. 2 Strände zu Fuss gute erreichbar (Sandstrand, steiniger Einstieg). kurze Autofahrt ins wunderschöne Städtchen Cefalu und seinen Sandstränden. The good - great location, near the beach, and close by to cefalu ( but outside of the traffic jams and similar). Responsive host, was cleaned thoroughly. The bad - the place is in a dire need of renovation- Showers are rusty; paint fell off many walls due to water damage and were not repainted. Hot water system is ungers- if you don’t follow the instructions carefully ( close the water for few seconds for example, and start without full power) - you will end up getting freezing cold water. Although it is meant for 6 people, there is only one sofa - that barely seats 2; 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are air conditioned; air conditioning in the living room is small enough for the space; although there are many mosquitoes- no mosquitoes nets.
A quiet, private house in a gated community just a 10 minute drive from busy Cefalu. Wifi didn’t work at first but Gerlando responded immediately and got it working…thought it was quite weak and might require an upgrade.
Lovely, quiet home. Perfect distance away from the crowds of downtown Cefalu with the ease to get there. Dining on the patio was fabulous, the smell of the garden is amazing. We already want to come back!
Magnifique appartement avec une terrasse extraordinaire pour cuisiner à l’extérieur. Nous avons profité de l’emplacement. Il faut savoir que la piscine n’est pas directement à l’appartement. C’est dans le centre du complexe. Elle est très grande et propre. Un casque de bain est d’ailleurs requis. Accès facile à la mer. Ville merveilleuse de Cefalù à environ 5 minutes.

The residence is located just 4 km from the center of Cefalù in an seaside resort. The residence is characterized by private residential units in tuff and stone and characteristic streets in tufa and stone immersed in the typical Sicilian vegetation.
Within walking distance from the villa (200 meters), inside the private residence, there are two wonderful wild beaches and the pools.
When you get out of the residence you are in a small and low traffic side road (via La Maddalena) leading to hotel Baia del Capitano in 500 metres. Inside this hotel there is a restaurant called Kefalè and a cafe. You can go there on foot. The nearest markets is 2 km from the villa, reachable by car.
Cefalù is full of restaurants, cafes, pubs and has many touristic attractions as well as a beautiful big sandy beach.
Relaxation and contact with nature is guaranteed.
If you do not want to reach the near cefalù, the nearest restaurant is available on foot within 500 metres in via La Maddalena (a low traffic side road). The supermarkets are available within two kilometers by car or taxi.
Cefalu is a charming seaside town steeped in history and tradition and offers restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs and unforgettable sunsets from the picturesque harbor. The promenade is the ideal place for a drink at the beach or a relaxing walk.
If you like hicking you may also want to explore "La Rocca" mountain overlooking Cefalù.
