Our wonderful 40m2 studio is located in the Castillejos area in Madrid. Thanks to its New York style, you can have a dream stay! Private Jacuzzi, fireplace, and a modern decoration to have a great time. You will have the Metro stop with a direct line to the city centre (about 20min to Puerta del Sol) at just 150m away, It is the ideal place for business trips as well. You can't miss this opportunity! For 2 guests, it is perfect for a couple's getaway. In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with a sofa and a 75" TV, in a space open to an area with a dining table and a work desk. - a kitchen open to the living room - there is no bedroom but there is a sleeping area with 1 king size double bed (160x200) - 1 bathroom The house has a beautiful fireplace and a private jacuzzi. We hope you enjoy it :) It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest.

El alojamiento genial y el trato con Mariano genial por lo general. Es cierto que en el baño no hay mucha iluminación y el jacuzzi hace muchísimo ruido. Pero nos desconcertó un poco que vino una amiga una horita y, si bien sabemos que no se pueden hacer fiestas (no hicimos, era domingo a mediodía), no se especifica que no pueda venir alguien de paso... Y nos pidió que le echásemos a la mayor brevedad posible. Lo cual fue incómodo. Cosa que nos preocupa porque tampoco sabemos cómo supo que vino una persona más (imaginamos que el timbre avisa si viene gente, al tener cámara). Pero no pasaron ni 5 minutos de la llegada de nuestra amiga y ya nos escribió. Entonces afectó un poco a sentirnos a gusto y con la misma intimidad. Debería decir que no se permite que NADIE entre, porque eso no está en las normas. Entonces por ahí importante saberlo.

Really enjoyable stay. The property is close to metro/public transport. Supermarkets/restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment had everything I needed and is spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa.
