Within walking distance to a lovely sandy beach you will find this beautiful and newly renovated house. Here you will find a nice bright living room, cozy furnished with good furniture and with access to a covered terrace with good garden furniture. In connection with the living room, you will find the really nice kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher and a nice dining area. The house sleeps in 4 rooms, including two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and one room with a bunk bed. Two good bathrooms with showers and a back hallway with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A cot is available for the little holidaymakers. The house is heated with air to water and therefore cheap in consumption. Behind the house there is a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture and a small gazebo with a barbecue area. The house is set back from the road with a large lawn in front, suitable for play and ball games as well as outdoor enjoyment. Boeslum beach is a mostly fine white sandy beach with grass and flower-covered salt meadows. In some places the beach is a mixture of stones and sand, but mainly sand. The water is nice and clear, but gets deep quickly. At the beach there are both toilets and an ice cream kiosk. From the beach you have a view of Jernhatten, which is a favorite excursion destination, and the small island of Hjelm. It is barely 5 km to Ebeltoft City with its many attractions. Here you can visit the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. Here you will also find many small specialty shops and sidewalk restaurants in the old cobbled streets. At the harbor you will find the Glasmuseet, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here you will also find several good shops and places to eat and there are opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to Ree-park is also recommended - go on a jeep safari and get up close to the wild animals. It is a little over an hour's drive to the Kattegat center in Grenaa and to the Nordics' biggest amusement park Djurs Sommerland with its many activities for young and old.
