You will enjoy easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Walk to Geelong waterfront, Arts and farmers market and dining precinct; Little Creatures Brewery, Barwon River or GMHBA stadium; Botanical Gardens, Elephant & Castle Hotel, Kilgour Grocer and Garden St shops; Close to the start of the Bellarine Rail Trail and Belmont Criterium Track; Historic Queenscliff and the beaches of Ocean Grove and Torquay under half an hours drive. A spacious place perfect for two couples or families.. Spacious unit with large stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, generous sized bedrooms with Queen beds, safe maintained yard for kids and pets and 8 seat outdoor dining adjacent kitchen.

Nick's Airbnb is a real gem. We will definitely stay there next time we're in Geelong. It felt how Airbnb homes used to be, that is, loads of amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, access to more than just one towel, comfy beds, and comfy furniture. My 2-year-old was rapt with the basket of toys and I was stoked at the array of books. Do note that parking is tricky, and the garage will fit only the smallest of cars (or a bigger car with a more skilled driver than I!) Street parking after 5 pm was fine, but in the day there isn't much available. Nick was flexible with check-in and out times, which was lovely and rare!

Your home is reasonably peaceful given its location set off the street, if driving you have a quick exit to the Bellarine, Portarlington, Surf Coast, Colac and Melbourne highways while everything in Geelong itself is within walking distance. The Elephant & Castle hotel is a 2 minute walk and has live music across the weekends, while your coffee and breakfast fix is a 5 minute walk to Kilgour St Grocer. Farmers market down the road every other Sunday, Supermarkets and shopping close by. GMHBA Stadium, the Botanical Gardens and the Geelong city centre and Waterfront precinct all within easy walking distance. Perfectly suited to access Barwon Health and SJOG hospitals.
Walking - everything in central Geelong is within walking distance.
Bike - perfect base to access the Bellarine Rail trail, Criterium track, waterfront and River trail.
Train - short walk to South Geelong station or a little further to Geelong.
Bus - Bellarine Peninsula service at your doorstep or Great Ocean Road services within walking distance.
Car - one garage space and free on street parking. Easy access to Portarlington, Queenscliff, Surf Coast, Colac and Melbourne highways.
