An und Abreise waren problemlos und alles sehr flexibel. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool, ein Traum. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Auch das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss war einfach nur schön und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren vor und während dem Aufenthalt wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Die Suite mit Whirlpool war besonders, sehr urig und romantisch . Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auch gut, die Gastronomie im Haus. Einziger Manko beim Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht gut ab und es wäre toll gewesen wenn in der vorhandenen Minibar etwas gewesen wäre. Sonst 1a.

A real gem of a place! The rooms all had an Italian flair and the host helped us reserve a table for the adjoining Italian restaurant right at checkin. I found the entrance to the hotel a little confusing to locate, as the sign for the Black Forest Hotel was on a wall further up than the actual door, but we eventually found it. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was absolutely stunning, and the food and service at the restaurant was stellar. Would book again and highly recommend!
