自我介绍

Hello there! We are family (wife Meera, husband Harilal, daughter Gayatri, helper Nani, cow Lakshmi and baby calf Krishna) running a yoga school in tropical paradise in Kerala. We decided to share our life experience with like-minded people and will be happy to welcome here anyone who would like to join our activities or just relax in peaceful nature near beautiful beach. ARSHA YOGA Our yoga school is called Arsha Yoga. We offer special trainings ranging from 2 to 4 weeks period, yoga holidays for a minimum stay of 7 nights as well as yoga therapy treatment for duration of 2 weeks. Our trainings include Yoga Teacher's Training, Yoga Therapy Training, Vedic Psychology Retreat, Vedic Culture Retreat, Ayurveda Lifestyle Retreat and Kids Yoga Camp.
