Interest Property made contact with us upon booking and communication continued to be good, with check in seamless. Mint, our contact was very responsive, answered all our questions and provide good recommendations. The property was between two cannabis farms, one to the front and the other to the rear. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Each bedroom is on a different floor so this wasn’t ideal for us with a child. The location wasn’t ideal in that you really need a car or moped to get around. Some good restaurants within a 15min walk but it was very hot when we visited. No good supermarkets nearby, needed a taxi. House very spacious although spread over many floors. Stains on towels and we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. Good fitness equipment available and washing machine was very handy. Each room had its own en-suite which was good. Inter Property were 30mins late for check out (we’d arranged the day before) however arrived after we chased them.
This was the last leg of our trip in Thailand and we all decided to treat ourselves , we where so happy to find this place and it was worth every single penny that we payed , the beautiful area and the view of all of the bays , the pool , the gym and the cooking facilities where incredible , I honestly loved my stay here and would reccomned staying here to everyone

it was an amazing place, its quite big to accomodate 7 people easily and the most important it has all the things necessary from smallest to biggest. pool, kitchen items, books, tv, speakers, wardrobes every thing is perfect. definitely a worth it place. its in area which is connected to famous places. go for it without any hesitation.
The host was a great support from the start providing recommendations and flexibility that matched our very late arrival. The villa was amazing with enough room for a large family. The pool and terrace areas were outstanding providing privacy and a nice area to catch or rays or have and evening swim. Would recommend this to anybody wanting a quiet stay from the noise but within a short distance to entertainment.
