The three-bedroom home, designed for exceptional energy efficiency with a 7.5-star energy rating, stands as the focal point of this remarkable location. Flexibility is key here, with two of the three bedrooms featuring stunning custom velvet headboards on the king beds that can split, catering to the unique needs of your group. The passive-solar design, boasting reverse-block internal brickwork, north-facing windows, and double-insulated walls, ensures comfort in all seasons. Polished concrete floors, brickwork, cross-ventilation, and ceiling fans create a perfect thermal balance for year-round enjoyment. Every room exudes thoughtful planning and layering of soft furnishings, from the spacious living and dining area with a Cheminees Philippe fireplace to the impressive kitchen featuring a marble island bench, Caesarstone surfaces, and a brilliant butler's pantry. Loddon Paddock is the ultimate family getaway, offering space for up to six guests to roam freely; enjoy the basketball court and the yoga mats for morning exercise. The two outdoor settings and a generous BBQ ensure you can enjoy the panoramic views on the deck. Inside the cozy fireplace, a large dining setting and views await. Unwind in the massive stone bath and rest easy in the luxurious Australian made beds. We stayed here for a peaceful getaway away from the city and all the noise. The house was stunning and so spacious, with the backyard offering acres of land and privacy. The campfire was a big win, and the basketball court was huge! Kitchen was well stocked & inside was furnished amazingly. Highly recommend and would stay again!
