I didn't understand what happened here. Superhost with great reviews. But the place was missing almost everything for comfortable stay. For toiletries you get one set with tiny round soap. To store clothes there's one narrow closet with two!!! hungers only. Nowhere to hung laundry at all, etc etc. Basically it's just shower, bed, wifi and TV. Hostels are more comfortable now Also AC in bedroom didn't have remote. Me & my wife read reviews again and felt they're either faked or we're in different place. Asked host to relocate us but he said no other BRs so probably place was right. Host said he could provide most (but not all) of what we've missed. But why it was missing? Reviews say "all you need". We still moved after 1 day because bathroom was filled with tiny flies. Host promised to deal with them without using chemicals but we sort of had enough. Location is great. Also hosts are nice, friendly and responsive. But place was just not ready for travelers w/luggage and long stay.
private unit, and spacious enough for 2 people. good place for staycation / work away from home. everything you may need is close by to Ayala Central Bloc. secure location with friendly staff and security. grab and other public transport are accessible or nearby. host was very accomodating to our needs and hospitable in their communication.
Mia & Paul are amazing hosts who are always responsive and flexible to your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the area of IT Park feels very safe and has lots of things to do as well as has many restaurants nearby. Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Central Block is a short 5-10 min walk away. Also the security guards are very friendly here. Overall I highly recommend staying at any of Mia and Pauls accommodations. They are reasonably priced and what you see is what you get in the description.
