The kitchen is spacious and gives way to the enclosed verandah with a dining table for six people. Right outside, you'll see the undercover patio with a BBQ and another dining table big enough for a family or friend's group. This lovely property also offers a sunny backyard, split system A/C, and parking for 1 small car. A mere 2 km from Perth's CBD, and within walking distance to parks, shops, restaurants and public transport, this house is impossible to fault! Great central place to stay that still has a very warm home preasence. Very close to great resteraunt areas in Perth.
Nice old house, part of it was very hot and exposed especially out the back rooms. Parking was hazardous. Even though the house was clean, there was a toilet not working and a lot of ants in the kitchen. When I requested that the toilet was fixed, the agent tried to charge me for the tradesman to collect keys from them, as I was not available to let the tradesman in. Otherwise they where responsive to my requests
Overall the place was okay. the location is central, but the house was right next to the parking lot which got nosiy at night. One of the two toilets were not working. One of the bedsheets was stained.
The cottage has 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds. Quiet spot even though Hyde Park pub close by. All mod cons provided making stay easy. Hyde Park and some great cafes within walking distance and we found it very central to get where we needed to by car during our visit. Has an outdoor BBQ area but it was too hot during our stay. The airconditioning in the bedrooms and living room was really welcome.
