The apartment was a dream to stay in; Our arrival flight was delayed so we arrived pretty late in the night, however the lovely Marcos remained at the apartment to greet us and show us around, answering all our questions. The apartment is was well situated, every room is so spacious. Waking up everyday to the sound of water crashing against the rocks at the beach add that to the spectacular view of the gorgeous beach that can be seen from every bedroom the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the essentials and then some that you could possibly need. There is a Continente supermarket 15-20 minutes walk away, where we were able to buy toiletries, food and port wine. We would spend between 5-10 euros going in and out of the city which felt like such a good deal. Coming from London, the location was perfect as a retreat from the loud busy city life. If we travel to porto again we will definitely stay at the same apartment.
