Great location! Super close to Fredericksburg and all the wineries, but felt off the beaten path. It was awesome to have a 2-for-1 tasting included in the stay at The Wine Collective which is right on the premises. We stayed in cabin 10, and although it might be smallest of the cabins, there was a ton of room. Patience was also super responsive. They are updating their airbnb post to indicate that the manual that used to be in the room is now online (sent through text). Room was exactly as pictured.

Patience was great! The quick and well thought out communications were really helpful in ensuring that our reservation and check-in were completed with ease. The cabin was perfect! It was very clean and everything that we needed was right there. Having the kitchenette made making and keeping a few snacks very easy. The location is central to many wineries and Garrison Bros. distillery. We really liked being in cabin 10 with it being at the end. We'll be back!

Our initial experience started off on a weird note but Patience was a phone call away and got us into another cabin. I guess there was a scheduling mix up but wow.... what an upgrade! We ended up in a Kitchen-King cabin. Initially we weren't expecting a full kitchen but now that we had one, we were able to go next door to 4.0 Cellars pick up some wine, cheese, some Hye Market sourdough and make some grilled cheese sandwiches. The cottage was immaculate and incredibly cute. My girlfriend was just blow away by the entire experience. The next day we drove down to the Pedernales River to check it out, it would have been quite a walk, had it not been super hot, a walk would be do-able. There is a picnic table out there to sit at, just watch out for fireants. The secure gate to enter the property gives it an exclusive feel to our stay. I'll definitely be staying here again!
