Come stay at a working homestead! Nestled in back of our 5 acre property. Private fenced back yard, patio and a pellet BBQ grill. Adjoining fitness center available for use upon request. Includes a fully furnished kitchen, island for use as desk & dining. The Q SZ sleeper sofa has a 2X comfort memory foam mattress. Loveseat folds into a single bed. Farm animals, gardens and equipment will be used & tended to during daylight hours. Animals may be seen & heard during your stay. 5mi from Belen. Our 5 acre propertyis fully fenced and gated with security cameras and on-site management. The Casita is a private home behind the main home on the property. There are farm animals, gardens and equipment that are used and tended to daily. Although this is a working homestead we strive to ensure that your stay will be private and comfortable.

Eva and her husband are both so very nice! and their place is fantastic. For me it's a little farther out than maybe I wanted to be which is not at all their fault. For the price they offer many amenities, I wish that I had time to utilize them more like the gym on site. I am on a travel job and I am trying out places in the area. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Eva for hosting me many happy returns on your Airbnb adventures.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are so sweet and responsive. The place is gorgeous and beautiful inside and out. The location is just outside of town —easy to get to day & night. The hosts went above and beyond to provide items for our infant along with fresh eggs and pickled items. We cannot wait to come again. Highly recommend!!

Quiet, spread out, well maintained properties that have livestock and other farm animals. Neighborhood watch is very active in our community. There is at least a 10 acre distance between our property and the next.
Vehicles. Dirt walking paths are available on and off property. Nearest store is 2 miles. City of Belen is 5 miles. industrial area off hwy 304 is 2 miles from property . Very convenient for corporate individuals working in the area.
