This is a magnificent find in Silverthorne. Being right on the river is the best perk, and the space has everything that you’ll need for a magnificent stay. The host was exceptionally communicative and friendly, and I’d absolutely stay again!
The complex is under construction and a little tricky to see if you check in during the dark, but everything was wonderful and great. Great views, nice location and wonderful amenities!
Had a lovely stay here and would certainly stay again. Hosts were prompt with communication, condo was clean with great amenities. The hot tub was an awesome daily event for us after a day of skiing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brooke's new 2-bedroom condominium nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings of various ski resorts. The condominium boasts a sleek and stylish interior, with contemporary and comfortable furnishings. The open-concept layout creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. After a thrilling day of skiing, we enjoyed the bubbling water of the hot tub, surrounded by stunning mountain views. With multiple resorts just a short drive away, you have easy access to a variety of slopes catering to all skill levels. Additionally, the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. From the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing hearty meals after a day of outdoor activities, to the cozy fireplace, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay.

Enjoy the serenity of your penthouse stay on the Blue River while being close to all of Silverthorne's amenities. Walk the river trail to many restaurants, coffeehouses, and shops. We enjoy Enza's Deli, Red Buffalo Coffee and Tea, Mountain Lyon Cafe, Bluebird Market (food hall with many great choices), and lovely dinners at Sauce on the Blue. Fly fish right below your balcony, mountain bike the paved trails all the way to Breckenridge! Don't miss out on a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater on Dillon Lake. Walk to Silverthorne Recreation Center for indoor fun such as pickleball, basketball, & swimming. Winter fun can be had at 6 nearby ski resorts (Keystone, Breck, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek), or have fun tubing at Frisco Adventure Park! Don't forget about Silverthorne's Summit Stage bus service(download the app). You can hop on directly across the street from the condo and check out all of the breweries in the area.

My husband and I have lived in Colorado at different times in our lives and are so happy to plant roots here! We have just purchased our penthouse condo in the gorgeous mountains and can't wait to enjoy the scenery and mountain adventures. I am a realtor and look forward to helping others purchase their mountain getaways. In our free time we love live music and are excited about attending shows at Dillon Amphitheater and Red Rocks of course.
