Spacious, quiet, beautiful outside space and a very comfy bed. Thank you for allowing me to stay! The kitchen had everything for simple meals. Private parking was a plus. The cute artwork and bright colorful decorations were charming. Thanks again!

The space is quiet, after driving for 9 hours it was what I needed to rest, everything was clean and tidy, you have everything you need for your stay.

MIDTOWN @ Marion Blue: Brandon and his co-host Marcella provided an easy check-in/out. The rental was as described. I enjoyed many aspects - the hosts did not repeatedly check in on me as I had no issues to address; I was allowed to have privacy, it was quiet and peaceful, the room was clean and it had everything I needed for my 3 day stay. I very much like having a kitchenette with all the amenities of home. I prefer the cold stone ceramic floor to carpets - carpets get dirty with repeated guests. I slept very well. I found the bed to be comfortable, the pillows varied which was perfect, the throws and blankets a bonus; but what was very pleasing to me was the wide expanse of windows and sunlight which shone upon a beautiful landscape of backyard with water oaks and hanging moss. The Airbnb was in a minimalist uncluttered style. The adjoining rental next to me had two sets of guests come and go - they respected the quiet time rule, as did I. Thank you~ Shannon
