Adobe guesthouse, recently updated, comfortable place to rest and regenerate. Quiet, peaceful, a private adobe studio in the country. Property is a short drive from the center of Roswell. The new mini-split system keeps the temperature perfect. Dedicated off street parking. Pecan orchards, horses, alfalfa fields and beautiful sunsets abound. Located close to Bottomless Lakes, Bitter Lakes and Lake Van. Roswell has World Class Art Museums and live music can be found most weeks. The Bunk House is a studio style property. It has a Queen size bed, a dining table and chairs. Dishes, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. There are overstuffed chairs for Smart TV viewing. Wifi and Dish network are included. Nice oversized walk in shower. Plenty of hot water. Private back porch with a chimenea.

The Bunk House is definitely the place you want to be! Jane has everything you need in the coziest home ever! The bed is absolutely amazing! The shower is top notch! Everything about this place is perfect! If you have plans to explore Roswell, Carlsbad Cavern, or White Sands National Park this is the perfect location! Jane is a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to my requests. The bunk house was charming and had everything we needed. She even had cold bottles of water and food available if we needed it.

The Bunk House is out about 6 miles from the center of Roswell. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The roads are paved and traffic is very light. It is perfect for a walk or a bike ride. There are horses, pecan orchards and fields of alfalfa.
You will have your own off street parking space right beside the Bunk House. It is just a few steps to the front door.
