Home was perfect for our needs we are not vacationers so we do not have high expectations set as long as we have a clean and comfortable home to rest and cook meals. We travel for work so our requirements are different than most people. As long as we have a driveway to park our truck with enclosed trailer and are in a safe neighborhood we are happy with the rest like I said with cleanliness, plenty of towels, prefer washer/dryer and a kitchen to cook meals with plenty of cooking utensils such as pots, pans, dishes etc. Home was in a convenient location for us close enough to our job site and plenty of beds to accommodate our crew. The place could have more towels to use instead of reusing one towel per person for 5 days or a washer/dryer could have been helpful but that was least of our worries. Host did accommodate our need to check out at a later time in which was really appreciated because of the long hours it took to complete our job. Definitely would recommend!

Nice place. Was under the impression the whole house would be available but the door to downstairs is locked. So it’s only the top level. There was someone living downstairs that set the fire alarm off twice. The day we left there was a smell similar to burning batteries if i could imagine? It was hard to breath and we all were getting light headed. And that kept getting worse up until we left that morning. Not very many dishes (cups, bowls). But other than that, everything was great, they had snacks, fruit, toothbrushes, the caps, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towels, washcloths. Didn’t find a vacuum or broom so one portable maybe. This was a very nice top level. Still worth the stay.

The property had some breakfast food items available (fruit, bagels, milk, coffee etc.) which we definitely enjoyed. For cooking, the provided pots and pans are small. Some icy spots on the driveway, but on the plus side, when snow fell, someone came to shovel. Missing items: dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher and spare garbage bags. To the host's credit, they asked us if we needed anything when we reached out to them about this, but we felt uncomfortable with people coming in while we were away so we declined. The remote for the Fire Stick was out of batteries, so we had to buy our own. The carpets felt a little dusty, and I would recommend slippers or socks. The air had some very mild residual odor, likely spices from cooking. This did end up "sticking" to some of our belongings after the trip. As noted, the owner does occasionally live onsite, and if you're a light sleeper you will hear them in the morning. Overall, a pleasant experience for the price point.
