There are also several family friendly recreational activities within than 5 miles of this home such as Waterville, the Track, Gulf Coast Zoo, and miniature golf. This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood. ~This stylish home features a spacious open floor plan. ~The living room is beautifully furnished with reclining leather furniture. ~The fully stocked kitchen has a large island, walk-in pantry and eat in dining area that sits up to 10. ~The living room, kitchen and dining area are totally open and very spacious which makes it perfect for family gatherings. ~The large master suite offers a new premium King mattress with luxury bedding, TV, huge walk-in closet, double vanity, large shower and separate water closet. ~The other 3 Bedrooms (Q, Q, 2 Twins) also have new premium mattresses with luxury bedding. 42" smart TVs are located in every bedroom. We have provided 2 additional Twin air mattresses located in the closets. ~Guest Bathroom offers tub/shower combo. ~Full laundry room, ironing board, iron, vaccum cleaner. ~There is a large covered patio with a TV. ~Propane Grill available on back patio area. ~Huge fenced in yard for the kids. ~Pack and Play located in Master Closet ~ 2 Car attached garage ~We have provided some beach towels, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to use if needed.

Our stay at Beth's place was excellent. She was a friendly and responsive host. The property was just as described. A great set up for two families staying together. We had 6 people and plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable.
10/10 recommend. Adorable and quiet little neighborhood with a costal vibe. Beth was the absolute best host. Great communication before, during and after our stay. The home was immaculate! The beds and living room furnishings were very comfortable. Place felt very spacious. Lots of games to play at night with the kids. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything needed. Outdoor fenced in yard was private and we annoyed afternoon coffee on the patio. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend if you are trying to decide between a few like we did! So happy we chose this!!! We will forever stay here when in the area! Thank you Beth!!
We were in town for a softball tournament. We choose this property because the close proximity to the ball park. It was perfect! Plenty of room for our two families. All the little details were great(mirrors in bedrooms,plenty of towels, games available to play, grill, etc). No complaints whatsoever. Beth was an awesome host!
I hope to be able to stay at Beth’s place again. Nice hospitality and the place was just as admiring and beautiful as the pics posted.
We enjoyed our stay at Beth's house. Her house was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our activities in the area. Hope to be back next year.
