Nice but wifi and netflix are not working

First Airbnb experience at this hotel, and overall, it was a positive stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was perfect for a comfortable night. However, we were a bit disappointed as we had prepared some food to cook, only to realize there was no kitchen in the room. Despite this setback, the rest of our experience was enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the amenities provided met our needs. We would consider staying here again, but next time, we'll double-check the room features. Thank you!!
