The house was amazingly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to the event we were attending and a comfortable place to return to after a long day of fun.

We wanted to attend Merle fest for the first time, Not realizing what a popular event it is , We waited too long to try to find accommodations. I was almost ready to give up hope. Then I stumbled across Fram's Place. It still might not have happened, However Anthony and his wife made some special concessions for us and really saved the day. Their main concern was that we enjoy ourselves. And we did !!!!!! also there is plenty of privacy, yet close to main road. And did I mention? I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this spot ! My son and 2 boys booked this the same day for a last minute ski trip. The host was an absolute pleasure and so responsive and sweet. They even went out of their way to leave a special surprise for my boys that they were so excited about. It was only about 30 minutes from the ski Appalachian mountain which was perfect. We plan to be returning customers !!
