The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The exterior is a quiet celebration of desert living and relaxation. Revel in the breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, or bask in the sun by the saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by lush greenery. The property is also supplied with trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. There are enough bath and pool towels for the maximum number of guests. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion available. Additionally, the laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry pods and iron. Excellent weekend for Stagecoach and a great place to come back to and relax. Beautiful home in a lovely, quiet community.
Had a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Great location and access to shopping and restaurants. Patty was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
Patty is incredibly kind & considerate. She created an absolutely delightful stay for us! We appreciated & enjoyed the backyard setup :)
We were just a couple and Patty’s place was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and the two bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We used the pool and spa a lot. A quiet, comfortable place to stay in La Quinta. Patty was very responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. My only criticism is that an additional $100 a day for pool heating seems excessive given the utility rates in La Quinta. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The neighborhood is clean and very quiet. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to find that PGA West, with its five public courses, is only minutes away. Additionally, there are other options such as the SilverRock Resort, which features an Arnold Palmer Classic course. The neighborhood also has paths to facilitate walking/running.
Within close proximity are additional attractions such as Old Town La Quinta, Lake Cahuilla, and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens and the La Quinta Resort and Spa, ideal for a day of relaxation.
Navigating the town is easiest with a car, although Uber and Lyft services are alternative options. You can park on-site in the attached garage or guest parking spaces.
