The spacious living room and dining area, complete with a sleeper sofa, offer ample space for relaxation and shared moments. We provide some information about Madeira and a collection of games for cozy evenings together. Step out onto the balcony to behold awe-inspiring views of Madeira's rugged, picturesque landscapes. Our fully equipped kitchen invites your culinary exploration, making dining in a delightful option. And should you prefer dining out, the city center is a 20 minutes walk away. The apartment is very homely, stylish and practical. Claudi and Kuno are really friendly, helpful and know exactly what their guests need. It was a perfect place to stay for one week, but would be suitable for a much longer time even. The only backside is the soundproofing - in case you are a light sleeper, the noises (like the neighbor's barking dog) might wake you up at night. All in all we loved staying here and are glad that we've chosen Claudi and Kuno's place, would be happy to come back the next time we're on this beautiful island!
A) Points positifs: _appartement spacieux, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire mis à disposition. _bien situé dans Machico. _Bonne literie. _Buanderie avec lave-linge. _ Stationnement gratuit au pied de l'immeuble B) Points négatifs : _Salle de bains non fonctionnelle (douche dans baignoire, lavabo pas pratique avec petit robinet) _bruyant: logement mal insonorisé. Route bruyante juste à côté. Chien qui aboie dans une maison en face dès qu'il est dehors. _ pas de chaufffage prévu dans les appartements de l'immeuble: fin mars, début avril nous avons demandé un radiateur d'appoint. Sans ce dernier les serviettes n'auraient pas séchées, voire le linge non plus. _ l'eau n'est pas très chaude, il faut la faire couler au moins 3 mn pour avoir une eau à peu près chaude. (pas très économique). _ les serviettes de bains sont un peu usagées. _Lave-linge : compartiment à lessive très sale. Obligés de le nettoyer avant de s'en servir.
Could not choose better place to stay and spend our vacation! Perfect location especially if you are with car. There is always free parking space in front of the building and the apartment is just close to the motorway while is super quiet. Very convenient and easy to reach everything. Apartment is super homey, nicely decorated. We felt at home from the first moment ☺️ Claudi E Kuno is a very friendly, communicative and proactive host! It was a pleasure to stay here and hope to be back soon 🥳 Feel free to book you will not be disappointed 🌸
séjour très agréable, logement spacieux, bien rangé, propre. il y avait tout le nécessaire. Claudi et Kuno ont été très réactif, excellente communication. le logement est proche des lieux d'intérêt.
