Mooi verblijf en mooie omgeving, rustig. We hebben zelf veel contact gehad met zoon Maurizio, hij gaf ons de instructies etc.

This is a true local and very well renovated typical house of the Umbria's countryside. very close to the lake (<2 min walk), safe, closed, and from an incredible easy access from the highway. The house was in pristine and extremely well cleaned (honestly, i've never seen a BnB so well kepts and cleaned). Our host was very welcoming and very very fast responding, and always polite and very sympathetic. We seriously recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in a true and authentic Umbria's countryside.

Es war der Sohn Maurizio zuständig, war immer wrrei über, nett udn zuvorkommend. Das Haus, cdir Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sehr gut ausgestattet, wo bei man gerade u mdei Ecke suoer Fisch, vegetarisch. Fantastische Pasta udn Pizza, wirklich sehr günstig bei einem wunderschönen. SEEBLICK Essen gehen kann.. Aber die Küche hat alles, was man zu Hause auch hat. Die Fahrräder waren klasse, wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen mit Ausflügen, cdir nicht z zweit weg liegen, man findet immer was zum schauen) Ist ein besonders schöner Fleck Erde in Italien, sauber, ruhig und einfach schön... Danke Maurizio, für alles und wir wünschen Euch viele nette Besucher

Giuseppina and her son Maurizio went above and beyond, being incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, making our stay truly special. The thoughtful design, spotless cleanliness, and spacious interiors transformed it into more than just a place to stay, it felt like home. Every corner revealed a passion for aesthetics, simple yet elegant. And fresh linens, clean towels, and well-equipped kitchen added a cozy touch. With peaceful surroundings, secure parking, and easy access to charming restaurants, Perugia center and the wonders of Tuscany, we recommend this gem to those seeking a genuinely warm and delightful Airbnb experience.
